HCAP Partners announced the first acquisition under its new imaging platform, Integrated Diagnostic Services (IDS), with the purchase of First Choice Mobile Radiology Services, LLC (“FCMR”), a leading Southern California provider of mobile X-ray, ultrasound, EKG, and echocardiogram services.
