We are pleased to share our 2019 Annual Impact Report titled Scaling Our Impact Framework. The report details our Gainful Jobs Approach™️ initiatives over the past year which center around methodology, participation, accountability, and incentives. 

During this time of economic uncertainty, the creation of quality jobs in America is increasingly important to businesses, investors, foundations, banks, and government. HCAP Partners remains diligent in our longstanding efforts to not only preserve jobs but also create quality jobs. 

With the 2019 final close of HCAP Partners IV, L.P., a $150M SBIC fund, we increased our commitment to our impact approach by rolling out several initiatives to further strengthen our framework. This included the implementation of a proprietary software platform developed to enable our portfolio companies to make more informed decisions around improving job quality. We are proud to report that in 2019, 93.5% of jobs within the fund were improved across multiple attributes.
