We are pleased to share our 2018 Annual Impact Report titled Realizing Gainful Jobs.

HCAP Partners remains committed to fostering high-quality jobs for all our portfolio company employees and believes that high-quality jobs are a key component of a company’s economic well-being. This year’s report details the new workplace initiatives put in place by our portfolio companies as part of our impact framework called the Gainful Jobs Approach™ and highlights our new impact initiatives for our forthcoming fund. We are pleased to report that over 10% of the jobs across our portfolio companies evidenced improvements in job quality over 2017 and 2018¹.
