Through ongoing collaboration with our LPs and industry thought leaders, we continue to refine the Gainful Jobs Approach – our impact framework based on the floor-and-ladder methodology for creating and maintaining high-quality jobs. 2015 saw the implementation of the first phase of the Gainful Jobs Approach. The “Baseline” around gainful jobs provides an understanding of the job quality standards at our portfolio companies. The primary focus of this year’s impact report is to share our approach towards collecting portfolio company data in an effort to measure the baseline.
